This page is for people who want to take their nutrition seriously and use it to run "just one more lap". You can use it to ask questions, share your own experiences and knowledge, encourage each other, and maybe even find someone else local to train with.
You will find a bunch of videos about sports nutrition and links to resources under the 'Guides' section of this page. These will further your knowledge about what it takes to fuel your passion for ultra-running without compromising your health, to keep you in the sport for longer. The learnings are able to be applied to other races as well (i.e. not just BYUs)!
